A complex nose with hints of nuts, pastries and caramel. This is a beautiful Cognac, made by Leyrat in the Fins Bois region.

Nose: Dry, spicy aromas with pastries and crème caramel. A little cooked fruit.

Palate: Herbal. Notes of walnut, pecan pie, maple spice and pepper.

Finish: Peppery, nutty finish.
