Plymouth gin is distilled only within the ancient walls of the city. Its distinctive taste is created by carefully balanced juniper and the avoidance of too many bitter botanicals, and using crystal-clear water from the nearby granite hills of Dartmoor.
This bottling was produced for the 200th anniversary of the distillery (1793-1993). As it is still wrapped in the original paper the ABV is unknown. But, it is likely to be at least the usual 41.2%, the usual level.
