Toro Albalá is one of the top Spanish winemakers of the 21st century. The current oenologist and owner, Antonio Sánchez Romero, always produces with the highest quality standards. The production process is strictly followed according to tradition and is unique. A bottle from the Convento series comes with the distinctive hand-made and numbered label made of acorn wood.
Tasting Notes: Licorice, kirsch, bitter chocolate, blackcurrants, walnuts, caramel on the nose. On the palate, a velvety texture. Sweet, sour, salty and bitter: you can feel all the flavors. Red fruits, roasted hazelnuts and almonds. Notes of wood and a finish that almost doesn't stop.
