A brandy, presumably French, of unknown age and origin.  Said to be bottled at 60 years old, which would make it a late 19th-century vintage.  All unknowns aside, this drop from Royal-Warrant carrying Justerini & Brooks of St. James will be incredibly rich, deep and complex!
