Steinhäger is a name of a style of gin that can only be made in the city of Steinhagen, in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany somewhat similar to how Plymouth gin can only be made in Plymouth. A well known brand of Steinhäger, and one of the few remaining producers, is H. W. Schlichte - and what do you know, we have a 1970s bottling of Original Schlichte Steinhäger right here, presented in the traditionally designed bottle.
