This is a Block, Grey & Block (incorporating H.B. Fearon & Son, 1906) bottling of Exshaw Grande Champagne Cognac.  Bottled at 66° proof, which equates to 38% ABV.

Founded in 1786, Block, Grey and Block were the first merchants permitted to operate out of Park Lane, Mayfair.  The former premises at 26 South Audley Street, London, W.1. is now Harry's Bar, an exclusive Members' Club.
